♡ Letters are shipped at the end of each month (free standard shipping included).

♡ Letters are billed on the same day of the month that you initially made your subscription.

♡ By signing up, you acknowledge that Sticky Dino Mail is an ongoing subscription until you choose to cancel. You can update your address, payment details, and more from the subscription portal and cancel/pause your subscription at any time. 🦕  Make sure to select the One-time purchase if you do not want to be subscribed.

Please note: if you do not receive your Cloudy Club letter by 4 weeks after the shipping date has elapsed, please get in touch with me via email mh.maite.pro@gmail.com and I will re-send your letter. I am unfortunately unable to re-ship letters if you wait more than 2 months to contact me about the letter being missing. ✨

FAQ's

♡ Why hasn't my letter been shipped yet?

Letters are shipped on the 1st day of the following month after your subscription. This means if you sign up any time during month A, the letters of month A will be shipped on the first week of month B.

♡ When will I receive my letter ? Can I track it ?

Sticky Dino Mail is sent via regular letter post (untracked) on the 1st week following the month you have subscribed. If you live in France, letters generally arrive in 3 days. If you live overseas, letters can take upwards of 15 business days to arrive. If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of them shipping, please reach out via email mh.maite.pro@gmail.com

♡ How can I update my address ?

You can update your address, payment details and pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal under your account. Please reach out if you need help with this - mh.maite.pro@gmail.com

♡ Help ! I got my address wrong 

Don't stress! Send me an email mh.maite.pro@gmail.com and I'll make sure it's updated before your letter is sent out.

Please make sure your billing address is the same as you shipping address !

I will not be sending a letter again if it was already sent to the wrong address, so make sure the address is correct. ✨

♡ When is Sticky Dino Mail billed each month ?

Sticky Dino Mail is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up. So if you sign up on the 15th of July, you'll be billed on the 15th of August and the 15th of September, etc! If you'd like to cancel your subscription you just need to do so before your next billing cycle.
